SPONSORSHIP SUNDAY: Meet Bryan Iradukunda!

Welcome to Sponsorship Sunday number four! Each week, I profile one of our precious children from Shelter Them who needs a sponsor. Sponsoring a child costs only $40 Cnd per month and you can be sure that 100% of your funding goes directly to support your child.

Last week, I introduced you to our oldest girl, Kevine Uwumuhoza. This week, I want you to meet our youngest child… Little Bryan Iradukunda! Bryan’s birthday is on November 20. Isn’t he a cutie?

The first couple of months of Bryan’s life will most likely remain a mystery. All we know is that he was abandoned on someone’s doorstep when he was two months old. Shelter Them has become well-known for taking in orphaned and needy children, so when the local authorities picked Bryan up, they knew just where to take him. Bryan is now a year and eight months old, and he lives with his adoptive Mama and four older “brothers”: Philbert, Zephilin, Patrick, and Olivier. The woman who takes care of them says that little Bryan is like her own baby. No one would be able to say that she isn’t Bryan’s mother!

Here is Bryan’s Mama holding him. Isn’t he just the cutest thing?

Here’s Jo with Bryan, his Mama, and two of Bryan’s brothers, Philbert and Zephilin. Their house is called, “Bryan’s Home” after our little boy!

And here’s our little slobberpuss! According to David, who visited Rwanda last November: “You should see him eating French fries and drinking Fanta at only one year old!”

For $40 a month, you can make sure that Bryan Iradukunda is provided with everything he needs to grow up healthy: medical check-ups, nutritious food, clothing, and eventually, the chance to go to school! As a sponsor, you will receive regular updates and photos from him, plus letters when he is old enough to write on his own, and you can even visit him in Rwanda!

If you’d like to sponsor Bryan, or if you would like to view the rest of our children available for sponsorship, you can visit us here: Shelter Them Child Sponsorship.

Feel free to share this page with your family and friends so we can find Bryan a sponsor!
